Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

We occasionally offer selected products for pre-order. The estimated shipping date is shown on the respective product page. If the shipping date changes significantly, we will notify you by email.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing help@kuratist.com. We will cancel your order and refund any payments made promptly, within fourteen days at the latest, using the same payment method.

Once the pre-order has been submitted to or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. Please accept the delivery and then exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or our voluntary 30-day return right.
