Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping & Tracking

Most Kuratist products, including the NORA Premium collection, are shipped from our warehouse in Germany with DHL.

The NORA Standard collection is currently shipped separately from our manufacturing partner. The applicable delivery time is shown on the product page.

If your order contains both warehouse items and NORA Standard items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link.

* Delivery times begin when the purchase contract is concluded (or, for bank transfer payments, once payment has been received). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer in exceptional circumstances, such as periods of unusually high order volumes or public holidays.
