Compatible with most standard phone cases – just make sure your case is fully closed at the bottom (not half-open).

NOTE: A phone case is not included. You’ll need your own case to use this product.

1. Insert the patch

Place the included plastic patch with the fabric loop in the center on the back of your smartphone – the hole should point downward.

2. Pull the loop through the charging port opening

Thread the fabric loop through the charging port cutout of your phone case so that the metal ring is visible on the outside.

3. Attach your case

Carefully put your fully closed phone case onto your smartphone.

Important: The case must be completely closed at the bottom and fit snugly to ensure the patch stays securely in place. Cases with an open bottom edge are not suitable.

4. Attach the cord

Clip the phone necklace to the metal ring – now it’s secure, and your smartphone stays close at hand.

Braided nylon (8 mm diameter) – tear-resistant, durable, and comfortable to wear.

Patch:

Durable plastic material with a securely integrated metal ring for attaching the cord.

Metal parts:

Zinc alloy with a color-matching coating – sturdy and corrosion-resistant.

Extras:

Elastic rubber loop for attaching small accessories (e.g. sunglasses, AirPods).

Care instructions:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not wash, machine-wash, or use harsh cleaning agents.

1. Which phones is MAJA compatible with?

MAJA works with almost all smartphones – whether iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi or others. The only requirement is that you use a suitable case (see question 2).

2. Does MAJA fit every phone case?

Almost! Your case must be fully closed at the bottom to hold the insert patch securely. Cases with an open bottom (e.g. exposed charging port) are not suitable.

3. Do I need to buy a special case?

No, you can use your own standard phone case – ideally a flexible TPU or silicone case with a closed bottom.

4. How is the phone necklace attached?

The included patch is inserted through the charging port into your phone case. A metal ring attached to the patch lets you securely clip on the cord.

5. How long is the cord?

The cord is adjustable and extends up to approx. 150 cm – perfect for wearing crossbody.

6. What can I attach to the rubber loop?

The extra rubber loop lets you clip on small accessories like sunglasses, AirPods, or a mini wallet (with carabiner) – all within easy reach.

7. Is the cord strong enough for everyday use?

Yes! The 8 mm thick braided nylon is highly durable and designed for daily wear.

Make sure your case fits tightly and is fully closed. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by drops or improper use.

9. Is MAJA washable?

We recommend cleaning the cord gently with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
