Shipping takes place from our Amazon warehouse in Germany. Through Amazon, we offer our customers fast delivery, customer-oriented service and simple and uncomplicated returns processing.
We offer reliable and fast standard shipping. Orders with standard shipping are sent via Deutsche Post DHL, DHL Express, Hermes, UPS or PIN. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email and SMS (optional).
Please note: We can currently only send small packages (e.g. a cell phone case or an eReader bag) to Packstations. For multiple items or larger bags such as the tote pack, please provide a home address as the delivery address.
