Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
- Sign in to your customer account using your email address:
https://account.kuratist.com - Under Orders, select the order you would like to return.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return and submit your return request.
- You will then receive your return instructions by email.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and free from signs of wear,
- not have been washed or cleaned,
- be returned with its original packaging and barcode.
Free promotional items and prize giveaways are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we usually issue your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
